In my Nursing Leadership Class that I'm currently taking, I learned that my preceptor for Clinical's this semester will be my Nurse Manager, Diane. I also learned in this weeks module that a picture can increase understanding by 96%. And that 9:1 are the odds against change. One year ago the thought of turning Dreams into a Desired New Reality it took a road map to bring me where I am now.
