Overwhelm exists in the future:
"I have eleven hours alone on this Saturday, Martin has to work all day with the Vault 3 installation, a dog to walk, a cake to pick up at Tullie Bakery for my Mom's birthday, a dog to groom and trim his dew claw, the groceries to buy and all the laundry to do."
Staying present while thoughtfully filling each hour, or while getting the poo bags while thoughtfully cleaning up after the dog, or while smelling the scent in the bakery or while hanging up the clean laundry to dry - each of these moments is its own deal, packed with so much to be grateful for and enjoy.
These little moments have nothing nothing to do with the mountain of madness they get lumped in with. In the overwhelming future, why would I make the choice to do that?
Why not connect with and enjoy your moments on Earth like the great gifts they are?
