20 Things I Do
It's a beautiful thing to have lungs that allow you to breathe air and legs that allow you to skate on the ice, and it's a shame that sometimes we don't realize that that's enough.
- drink a lot of water
- eat a big breakfast, average lunch & a tiny dinner
- eat fruits & vegetables & whole foods
- go for a walk/swim/bike ride
- read a book (or 10)
- go to bed early (sometimes)
- think positive thoughts about myself and others
- stay in the moment
- enjoy little things in life
- stopped comparing myself to others
- yoga and mediation
- better to do things now than never
- love yummy foods
- stretch daily
- listen to music
- live in a t.i.d.y. space
- wear clothes that make me happy
- throw away things i don't need
- effort is worth it
- Go Outside
