With my new shoe on I’m almost even with my cast and it’s getting easier to walk 

I enjoy the view at the pool almost as much as the physical therapy from the water

My ankle pumps from PT

My dexa scan came back showing osteopenia which means I need to increase my calcium intake and do weight bearing exercise to increase my bone density
