5 Tiny Habits

1. Enjoy the simple things
It's cliche but good advice nonetheless: stop and smell the roses!

2. Never underestimate the power of sleep
Sleep is so important for our health and appearance and truly expressing ourselves. This is where all the beauty is, in the individual expression of our true self. 

3. Stay Active
You don't need a gym remain active and healthy. I just find a hobby or sport I like. Sometimes I even just walk in to work, it is enough to circulate my blood and release productive hormones. 

4. Treat friendships as a priority that they really are, the people we choose to have in our lives  are treasures we have to work at some level to keep them in our lives. Make sure it is a labor of love and that they know it. Just like this new floor in the exam rooms at work, you surround yourself with positivity and compassion. 

5. Know & enforce your self-esteem. 
It isn't enough to know our true self-esteem, we also have to actively reinforce it and recognize it. This knowledge defines our actions and intentions and attitudes.
