| And that there was a tile loose with mold underneath it. |

| It turns out the whole foundation was leaking... |

| so we had disaster repair come in with fans to dry it out |
 |
| tear out the moldy drywall and tile |
 |
| and now are waiting for the framer to move the beams so the crack in the foundation can be sealed |
