Game Time

Max's team played the Gophers today



They all tried really hard...



but in the end, it was still a shut out by the Gophers with 6 goals.



Max had a couple of shots on the net but couldn't get anything in on the Lightning goalie, Shawn.

The Gophers deserved to win and played a great game but Max was still a little disappointed afterwards. What do you say to your kids after their teams lose a game? How do you offer encouragement but still acknowledge their feelings?
