Resuscitation

Before I stopped by the library, I sped all the way to simulation lab and made it to Neonatal resuscitation class a few minutes early. On the way home, I heard about a motorist who was hit the day before on the same road I drove just minutes before I left work. Her daughter was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance that rushed by me. She died this morning. I said a silent prayer for her family and friends and held everyone I knew and loved a little closer.
