So very thankful

In the evening, plates were set then filled and emptied again. We spent the day preparing for Thanksgiving dinner, turkey with gravy and stuffing. Cranberry relish. Mashed potatoes. Roasted carrots and Brussel sprouts. Hot rolls. Water. Salad. Then dessert. Cheesecake with raspberries. Pies: peach, banana cream, pumpkin. Huddled up for games around the table with the boys until, after my mom and dad left, we cuddled together on the couch for Harry Potter.
