20 Things I Do

It's a beautiful thing to have lungs that allow you to breathe air and legs that allow you to skate on the ice, and it's a shame that sometimes we don't realize that that's enough.





  • drink a lot of water
  • eat a big breakfast, average lunch & a tiny dinner
  • eat fruits & vegetables & whole foods
  • go for a walk/swim/bike ride
  • read a book (or 10)
  • go to bed early (sometimes)
  • think positive thoughts about myself and others
  • stay in the moment
  • enjoy little things in life
  • stopped comparing myself to others
  • yoga and mediation
  • better to do things now than never
  • love yummy foods
  • stretch daily
  • listen to music
  • live in a t.i.d.y. space
  • wear clothes that make me happy
  • throw away things i don't need
  • effort is worth it
  • Go Outside
