Jumpmaster

I was teaching Amanda this morning and helping her with a jump called an Axel, on the jump harness. Which basically is a belt with some ropes attached to pulley to enable the skater to master a new jump without falling as much. She was doing pretty well with me pulling her up so I decided not to pull as much on the next one. Well, she also decided not to jump as much so she fell rather hard and pulled me down with her. I hit my knee and have a rather ugly bruise on it as well as scraping it on the ice. Not one of the better parts of my job. Amanda felt bad and sent me a text later to check on it and make sure I was OK.
