Serious Silliness

Some photos of last nights rock concert at our house, courtesy of House of Rock. That is what Whitney, Max, Markus and Morgen named their band. They put on a concert and sold tickets to their performance. It seemed to help lift her spirits a bit, since Whitney hasn't even been able to see her little brother Connor, except in photos, she has been kind of sad. But not last night.

She spent the night as well and when the boys went back to school today she asked to go back to Aunt Lara's and see her mom. So I took her after I dropped off the boys at school. Sheri was still home and I gave her a ride up to the hospital, since Shane was going to work out. I stayed with her while they did another EKG and Echo to see how the surgery did as far as making the blood get a better oxygen supply. The cardiologists are supposed to read it and get back to her today on when the next surgery will have to be performed. But when I talked to her tonight they still hadn't talked to her about it. Connor is doing better and is off of the ventilator but still on oxygen and a feeding tube. And being monitored continuously.
