Max was in the Fun Days parade yesterday morning and Markus ran in the kids fun run. He ran so fast and finished in 4 minutes for the 1/2 mile run, smiling across the finish line.
I, on the other hand did one of my slower 5k's, as proof of just how little I have been running. It was still fun to be out, watching the parade afterwards and waiting for the prize raffle. After Max finished the parade on the All-Stars "float" - really a truck pulling a trailer with the team on it throwing out candy - we went to breakfast and to buy fireworks to light off later. Max also had his first state qualifier baseball game against Ogden and they won - 6-5.
