Last night was the first night we actually stayed home and watched the firworks from our own front yard. Every other year we have been at the Buck's backyard to watch them from the Country Club. But this year, it was awesome, just spread out the blanket on the front lawn and enjoyed the amazing show that went on for over 30 minutes! No wonder people drive from all over to come and sit in our yard to watch them. Best spot in town.
Markus invited his friend Bryce over after Max's baseball game to watch the show with us.

Markus did some sparklers while I tried out some different settings on my camera. Not sure if I like how some of the pictures turned out on the night setting, I probably need a tripod or something so that they stay focused while exposing the low light...
